This is an exciting opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing a client and the candidate attraction side to recruitment. The key purpose of the Talent Delivery Specialist role within Reed Talent Solutions is to ensure overall fulfilment of the client’s temporary or permanent requirements as per the their contractual obligations. The Talent Delivery Specialists are responsible for end-to-end order management, stakeholder engagement and ensuring that there is sufficient candidate pipeline.

In addition, the Talent Delivery Specialist will manage the engagement of support suppliers Recruitment Assistants and work with Reed Screening to ensure all candidates are fully compliant.
