Black History Month
REED are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and in 2020 our Co-Members are helping us to champion diversity and celebrate Black History Month this October.
As we highlight stories, quotes and experiences of our own Co-Members throughout the month, they can all be found right here on this page.
“We wanted to make sure everyone feels included, and everyone feels represented at REED.”
Race & Ethnicity Diversity Champion, Reed Specialist Recruitment
REED is committed to being an Inclusive Employer.
Here are some of the ways we already work to ensure everyone feels welcome and REED and has a voice at the table, regardless of race or ethnicity:
Race & Ethnicity Inclusion Groups
Online communities within both Reed Specialist Recruitment (RSR) and Reed Online (reed.co.uk) for Co-Members to share concerns, meet colleagues, and to celebrate diversity.
In September 2020 reed.co.uk hosted its first inclusion listening group for Co-Members at Reed Online to share their experiences relating to race and ethnicity in the workplace (and wider society). Our people take the lead in speaking while our directors listen; helping the business to create workplace strategies that are inclusive for all.
Diverse Entry Routes
In addition to direct applications for vacancies across the REED group (view our live jobs here), we offer entry routes for people of all educational backgrounds. Programmes include Internships, Apprenticeships, Undergraduate Programmes, and our highly-rated Graduate Training Scheme.
Come Join the Family
The most commonly cited thing about why our people love working at REED is the people.
If you want to work in a place where you feel heard and included then check out all the opportunities, stories and benefits of Life at REED across this site, and/or click the button below to see what vacancies are available right now.
