The key factor that tempted me to join REED was the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow a region from a challenging position. I joined REED as an Area Manager from a competitor covering 4 branches across the South West and after a successful first year, I was promoted to Regional Manager taking on a couple of new branches in the Midlands. Personal recognition throughout the time I have been working with REED has come from many different people both at a local and national level. I love that such a large business acknowledges and rewards growth like REED do. My Manager has supported me in creating a new strategy, a clearer focus and in recruiting new team members, but I have had the autonomy to choose our direction and how we will get there.
