I began my career with REED as a Permanents Consultant. Two years later I made the switch to a Temporaries Consultant and I’ve never looked back! In the two years since I have had four internal promotions, and an increase of £5k to my basic salary! I have been rewarded for all my achievements in other ways too such as a trip to York Races for being in the Elite Club in my division!
REED has provided excellent training opportunities to help me achieve my successes through courses such as the REED Recruitment Academy (which included a celebration ceremony in Birmingham) and the excellent Management Academy; the training from which I will value for life.
