Collaboration and innovation are at the core of our work at reed.co.uk, and around once a year Co-Members bring their own ambitious and creative ideas to life through an exciting Hackathon event in our London head office.

This year around 100 REED Co-Members got together in small teams to bring their own product ideas to life through 48 hours of research, collaboration and technical design. Check out the highlights video below…

Not Just for Show

Innovation is vital for the growth of any business, which is why REED ensures it utilises and rewards its best asset for generating new ventures; its people.

In addition to events such as the reed.co.uk Hackathon, REED facilitates and rewards ideas and practical solutions through internal platforms such as ‘REED Think’, which has seen ideas turned into realities on projects ranging from lighting efficiency improvements in our buildings; to establishing whole new recruitment specialisms.
