Job Title – Screening Trainer
Job Type – Permanent
Location – King Street,Manchester
Hours – Core hours will be Mon to Fri 9-6 but they will be a requirement to work an overnight,a few evening shifts and a weekend at least once a month to train night shift/weekend Co-Members
Salary – £21,000 per annum
Responsible for the design and delivery of agreed learning and development strategies for all areas of Reed Screening,from induction through to in-depth process training. Course delivery will either be through classroom-based training courses to Co-Members,in line with our training and development offering or practical systems training.
Reed Screening is a outsourced processing function so process knowledge,efficiency,and detail are important to staff across the sector. Therefore the role of Trainer will be to conduct best practice sessions,process training,and to continuously improve people’s knowledge across the centre.
The majority of time will be spent facilitating classroom based delivery across Reed Screening. On occasion there will also be in-branch delivery aimed at providing additional support to defined divisions or offices.
