Job Type – Permanent
Location – Deansgate,Manchester
Salary – £18,500 per annum
Hours – 3 weekdays,6 hours routinely a 4pm to 10pm but this could occasionally change to an earlier or later shift dependent on business needs. Wednesday & Friday and other worked days can be negotiated. Saturday & Sunday mandatory,hours to be decided with Team Leader (6 hours – hours between 7am to 10pm)
The key purpose of this position within REED is to ensure that the business has the best available insights of our customers. Responsible for overseeing the maintaining data/business intelligence infrastructure within the Customer department as the business owner facing into the technical teams. This role requires the ability to communicate complex quant information into simple and easy to understand storyboards for a variety of stakeholders . The research and analysis will inform the Customer agenda of the wider REED group and this role will harness data science,BI and AI to support our future decision making.
This role will be based across the REED Group sites,meaning frequent travel between offices in Central London and beyond.
The key purpose of this position within REED is to be the knowledge expert through conducting and developing rich qualitative insights into our customers and driving organisational change and behaviour in response to these insights. Through detailed research and analysis,this role is key to understanding our customer behaviour and needs and is accountable for the ownership and resolution of our top customer issues. Success will see the implementation of required change across our business.
This role will be based around Central London,working across multiple REED sites.
