The purpose of the Helpdesk Support role is to give a participant on the Kickstart scheme an opportunity to gain valuable insight and practical experience of working within the recruitment sector.

The role will work alongside a support services team to learn how that team operate.  Each specialist support service function exists to ensure that the recruitment business runs smoothly and efficiently and delivers services and products to improve the lives of our customers and colleagues (Co-Members).  The role will also present an opportunity, to learn how to develop the skills required within the associated department.
