Our team comes from a diverse range of backgrounds, and opportunities to join us include direct entry, as well as routes through our Graduate Training Scheme and Undergraduate Placement Year programmes.

“It’s a really good environment: There’s lots of people from different walks of life, which is really good. In the Java team we’ve got about a third which are women which is quite unusual in technology.

“I’ve got some really good developers on the team and would absolutely encourage anybody to think about getting a career in technology and development.”
