REED Top Companies listing – Job Crowd 2020/21
The Job crowd have released the Top Companies for Graduates and Apprentices to work for in 2020 and REED have again secured top spots within the top 50 and top 100 rankings.
REED placed 24th across all industry sectors for our Apprenticeship scheme and 61st for our Graduate scheme, from over 600 graduate/apprenticeship employer entrants. This placed REED in the top 4 and 11 percent respectively in the UK.
Similar to the Glassdoor best places to work, the Job Crowd ranking is made up from employee reviews, which is why the positioning is valued so highly.
REED’s Graduate Training Scheme has been in operation for over 20 years, with the first graduates enrolling in 1997. Since then, the scheme has continued to produce a whole host of business leaders including Directors and Heads of Departments.
The three-year scheme differentiates itself from other graduate employers through the flexibility the scheme offers its graduate trainees. Read more about our scheme structure here.
The Apprenticeship scheme, whilst still in its infancy, has gone from strength to strength and already in its first 18 months has been awarded several accolades. Providing industry leading training is something that REED has always aspired to deliver and our Apprenticeship programme is no different. Last year REED announced that we were the first organisation in England to see apprentices complete the Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship.
Our Recruitment / Resourcer apprenticeships are available throughout our Reed Specialist Recruitment offices in England. Please note that our Co-Members in Wales, Scotland & N. Ireland still receive the same level of training, support and qualifications.
“Reviews are based on our first full year of the programme and we have now graduated 100+ apprentices and continue to look at ways to improve our programme.
The reviews are helpful and insightful to help us Build Back Better after Covid-19.”
Head of Apprenticeships, Christine Holland
