Account Executive

REED are recruiting for an Account Executive who will be responsible for managing one of our outsourced recruitment contracts within health sector. You will be ensuring the recruitment requirements are delivered in line with our client’s expectations and contractual obligations.

Your responsibilities will include,man-power planning and forecasting,managing attraction and selection strategies,developing relationships with the client,candidate management and response handling. Managing cost effective sourcing strategies,i.e. talent pool management and social media and providing timely and accurate Management Information and Invoicing.
