Account Manager

Reed Talent Solutions have recently won a brand new managed service recruitment contract with a local authority across Hampshire and we are now looking for a new experienced Account Manager to oversee and run the contract. This contract will involve supplying temporary teaching staff across primary and secondary Schools within the Hampshire County. The role will involve regular travel to the main client site at Winchester,plus regular visits to the schools across Hampshire,Reed branches and Supplier partners.

Travel: The role will involve regular travel to the main client site at Winchester,plus regular visits to the schools across Hampshire,Reed branches and Supplier partners.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum dependent on experience plus £3,000 car allowance and £10,000 bonus earning potential 
Contract: Full Time and Permanent

What does the Account Manager role look like? 

Reed Talent Solutions have recently won a brand new managed service recruitment contract with a local authority across Hampshire and we are now looking for a new experienced Account Manager to oversee and run the contract. This contract will involve supplying temporary teaching staff across primary and secondary Schools within the Hampshire County. The role will involve regular travel to the main client site at Winchester,plus regular visits to the schools across Hampshire,Reed branches and Supplier partners.

Your role as the Account Manager will be to ensure that Reed Talent Solutions achieve this contractually agreed operational service for the client whilst also ensuring that Reed realises its commercial goals in line with the forecast financials.

You will make sure there is a lot of face time with the client to establish and build effective client relationships,ensure the line managers are supported and to ensure contract performance and client satisfaction leads to referenceability,retention and extension of the contract.

Who makes a good Account Manager?

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruit process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment who understands how to manage a contract at a strategic level. We would also like to speak to anyone who has managed on-site recruitment contracts. 

You will also need to be willing to travel to of the client sites in Coventry and Solihull,the Reed branches in Birmingham,Coventry and Leamington Spa and also to Reed’s head office in Northampton.
