Account Manager

Reed Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead an account management team on Imperial Staff Bank, delivering staff bank solutions across the Imperial trust within the nursing side of the contract.

What is this role?

 

Reed Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead an account management team on Imperial Staff Bank, delivering staff bank solutions across the Imperial trust within the nursing side of the contract.

 

You will have a Clinical Business Partner reporting into you and your role will be to drive client relationships, engagement, delivery of ongoing innovation to the trust, to support their key strategic aim of reducing agency expenditure and increasing staff bank usage.

 

The role will involve driving stakeholder engagement across nursing, Allied health Professionals, and all non-medical non clinical staff groups within the trust. You will be responsible for driving through process efficiencies across the trust, to support and enable the operations team to maintain and grow staff bank fill.

 

You will be responsible for the overall contract delivery, client relationships and also ensuring that we are hitting the contractual obligations. It will be fast paced and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding.

What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for someone who has existing experience of managing a staff bank contract. We don’t want a healthcare recruiter, but someone with hands on experience of delivering on this type of contract. You will need to understand the challenges of the contract itself and have experience of building these on-site type of relationships. Ideally you will come from an RPO/MSP recruitment background.
