Joining an RPO team as an Account Manager means you will be dealing with our contract clients only, you’ll be able to focus on the parts of recruitment that you love the most, building strong relationships with your clients and ensuring that the recruitment team are best geared up to source the top candidates.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + 20% bonus (dependent on your previous level of experience)
Location: Currently working from home. The role can be based in either London, Birmingham, Sheffield or Northampton – you will be travelling to these locations

The Role – What does the RPO Account Manager role look like?
Reed Talent Solutions RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Team focus on delivering outsourced recruitment contracts across public and private sector clients. This will range from low skilled, high volume recruitment, through to more niche and specialist recruitment.
As an RPO Account Manager you will support our recruitment contract wins, specifically with our client, Reed in Partnership who are a Welfare to Work recruitment provider working with Central Government to get the unemployed back into work. You will be working with the key stakeholders and managers at Reed in Partnership to build strong working relationships, understand their recruitment needs and to advise them of resources and selection processes.
As an RPO Account Manager, you will be the liaison point with the client, but also working closely with the RPO Resourcing Team to ensure that they understand the recruitment needs, priorities and working to all of the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. You will be regularly creating recruitment and activity reports for our client. The focus is on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
The RPO team focus on the volume recruitment of Employment Advisors across the UK, along with some niche/bespoke roles. You will also be liaising with the stakeholders to ensure we adhere to all of our targets, SLA’s and offer the best recruitment service.

- Must have recruitment experience
