Admininistration Support – Kickstart Scheme
The purpose of the Administration Support role is to give a participant on the Kickstart scheme an opportunity to gain valuable insight and practical experience of working within the recruitment sector.
The role will work alongside a support services team to learn how that team operate. Each specialist support service function exists to ensure that the recruitment business runs smoothly and efficiently and delivers services and products to improve the lives of our customers and colleagues (Co-Members). The role will also present an opportunity, to learn how to develop the skills required within the associated department.
Supported by a structured training plan which combines both on job and off job training, this position will also give a Kickstarter an insight into what a good CV looks like, how to understand a job description and how to conduct interviews effectively. All skills that will support you with your future job searches.
This opportunity may present the chance to secure permanent employment with REED, or with one of our customer businesses.
