We’re looking for a Area Manager to join our Reed Education division, based in Stratford

We’re looking for a Area Manager to join our Reed Education division, based in Stratford

The role: 

  • Create & develop client relationships and act as an escalation point for clients and candidates
  • Develop, communicate and manage a clear Business Development Plan
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the geographical area to identify and connect opportunities in the market before our competitors
  • Lead the team to optimum performance ensuring business targets and KPIs are met 
  • Recruit, train, coach and retain Co-Members ensuring we have high performing teams#
  • Analyse Management Information to make pragmatic and commercially sound decisions
  • Implement change to improve business performance and achieve key performance metrics & financial targets

  • Run Sales Meetings to maintain a clear focus on delivering against plan whilst offering a great experience to candidates and clients

  • Be a great communicator, and be able to adapt your communication style based on the situation 
  • Be commercially focused and understand the contribution you and your team make to REED
