Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Bookings Coordinator to join their on-site team delivering staff bank recruitment into Leeds Teaching Hospital.
Bookings Coordinator – LTHT Staff Bank
Bonus potential: Up to £2,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Working hours: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Office Location: LTHT Staff Bank, Brotherton Wing, Leeds General Infirmary, LS1 3EX
The Role – What does the Booking Coordinator role look like?
REED are looking for a Booking Coordinator to join their on-site recruitment team at the Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust. The Booking Coordinator is the main point of contact to all managers requiring temporary staff for the hospital. You will liaise with Managers at the hospital to understand their staffing requirements and be responsible for booking nurses and other clinical staff onto shifts for the hospital.

The Person – What makes a good Booking Coordinator?
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer or client facing role
- Experience of extensive telephone communication,ideally in a call-centre environment
- Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages,including MS Excel,MS Word and databases
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn new bespoke web-based database systems would be advantageous
If you have previous experience in volume recruitment or delivering recruitment services with the NHS then this would be ideal,but not essential. We are also open to speaking to bright and confident individuals who feel that this role would suit their personality and career aspirations.
