Bookings Manager

Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Bookings Manager to lead a team of Booking Coordinators on-site at the hospital.

The Role – What does the Bookings Manager role look like?

As a Bookings Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Booking Coordinators based on-site at the hospital,booking qualified nurses,specialist nurses and HCA’s throughout the Trust onto shifts. This will involve working closely with the Divisional areas within the trust to recognise and understand the staffing needs and deficits to ensure placement of the most appropriate staff.

You will also lead your team to ensure that all of the administration and data management tasks are completed to the established standards.

The Person – What makes a good Bookings Manager?

  • Strong management experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure,working to strict deadlines and procedures.

You will need to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
