Business Analyst

Reed Specialist Recruitment are looking for a Business Analyst to join their expanding team based in Raynes Park, South West London. 

The Role – what will you be doing? 

Our Business Analysts are the hub of our development and change processes. You’ll be involved in the entire lifecycle: not just in upfront requirement evolution, but in mapping and refining existing and desired operational processes, managing the software development process, managing procurement and relationships with 3rd party software and service providers to name but a few responsibilities. 

Most of our core systems are developed in house. You will be given ownership of products or parts of products, leading through requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and live maintenance. You will manage a squad of one or more programming teams (consisting of developers, scrum master and testers) overseeing the introduction and refinement of complex, business-critical systems. 

We operate within an agile development environment, utilising facets of SCRUM, DSDM and ITIL. You will be responsible for owning a product backlog, communicating delivery against budgets in a fast-moving output focused environment with the freedom to drive real positive change.
