Business Development Executive

REED are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work with the Consultancy + team to win business from Health & Care clients. This is a brand new opportunity for a driven and motivated individual with recruitment expertise to drive this growing business area forward. 

 

 

Role Title: Business Development Executive – Social Work

Company: Reed Specialist Recruitment – Health & Social Care Division

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum,plus £4,000 inner London weighting where applicable,plus up to £10,000 bonus earning potential

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Contract: Full time and Permanent

 

What the role looks like:

 

Our Consultancy Services team deliver consultancy projects in areas from Marketing and IT Transformation,to HR,Change Management and Social Work.  This role is to work with our Consultancy services specifically to develop business within the Social Work marketplace.  The business is growing rapidly and there are some really exciting opportunities for someone who is keen to learn,ambitious and wants to diversify their career in to the world of consultancy.

 

Reed are recruiting for a brand new exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive. This will be a client facing role that will be tasked with developing new business leads for consultancy and Statement or Work (SoW) projects within the Social Work client base. You will be working in vertical markets specifically Social Work and the role will seek to engage existing clients through the Reed Health & Care team and new clients to unearth opportunities to deliver services and consultancy projects.

 

 

Who makes a good Business Development Executive for REED?

 

•           Experience in selling and/or scoping volume projects requiring Social Work resources (compliance,complaints,customer services etc.)

•           Happy working to sales targets and on commission basis generating new business leads

•           Understanding of how to scope and sell SoW engagements (associated risks and deliverables)

•           Demonstrable evidence of senior level / head of service level,contacts within the public sector

•           Project management experience (preferred but not essential)
