Business Development Manager for Reed Education

Must have a proven track record in Education recruitment
The role will involve high level business development schools and multi-academy trusts
You will be involved with selling all aspects of the REED Education product portfolio
The Business Development Manager will be targeted on identifying and winning new business opportunities for Reed Education.
This will be achieved through engaging with passive and active client stakeholders to develop relationships that identify, develop and gain new or additional business.
You will be expected to:
- Respond to formal tender processes
- Develop bespoke proposals
- Identify high quality new or growth PSL business.
- Lead on tender responses
- Conduct contract negotiations and essentially secure a place on our clients’ preferred supplier list (PSL)
- Widen the scope of opportunities to capture spend across multiple categories to benefit our specialist divisions
You will have experience of successful business development, securing high value contracts and a deep understanding of the Education recruitment industry.
