Business Manager

Based in our City office,next to the Gherkin and only five minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street and Bank Stations,Reed Insurance and Financial Services are looking to add an experienced Recruiter who is ready for management.

If you are an established Consultant who wants more responsibility and to step Team Manager position or someone who is ready for full P&L (Cost-Code) responsibility as a Business Manager,then this might be the next step in your career!

Reed Insurance,and more specifically its Financial Services brand are seeking someone to lead its established London team. With a head count currently at three Consultants and set to expand,the Area Manger is seeking support via this pivotal role. All their clients are within 5 miles of the office and the FS arm of Reed Insurance is its biggest and best brand with some of its nationwide Consultants billing consistently above £180,000 on an MAT.

The frame work and strategy is in place and needs a experienced person to implement and lead from the front with their own style and panache.

The role will consist of the following but not limited to:

  • Coaching and developing the team
  • Business Development to increase market share
  • Upline reporting to manage the business expectations
  • Growing your own pipeline of placement’s
  • Working with the Area Manager to create our own networking events
  • Being creative in our approach to the market
  • Helping to shape the direction of the team and department
