The main objective in this exciting opportunity as Business Manager is to increase profitability for the office by managing direct reports’ performance,ensuring targets are met and developing new business. You will lead from the front and take responsibility for the branch’s profit and loss whilst recruiting,retaining and developing a team of successful Consultants to be the best that they can be.
