Candidate Attraction and Experience Executive
Over the past few months, the RPO team have experienced huge success exceeding £1.9m in revenue (MAT) and are fast becoming one of Talent Solutions most successful teams. As their client base continues to grow so does their need to attract an ever growing number of high quality candidates, across all sectors to suit their clients unique needs.
As our resident Candidate Attraction and Experience Executive you will manage all candidate attraction activities across RPO. The role will be responsible for attracting the right talent through all available means of direct recruitment whilst identifying opportunities for better employer branding and improvements within recruitment and selection.
You will need to build strong partnerships with clients, key stakeholders within job boards, local institutions and of course our internal teams and we will look to you to create high quality value-added recruitment solutions that will enable RPO to achieve its commercial goals
Who are you?
You will be able to demonstrate a track record as a recruiter from either an agency, in house or RPO background.
This prior experience will allow you to understand the challenges in finding and engaging talent across a wide variety of positions. Your intel will be essential in helping to ensure that each and every candidate receives a first class service and your character will reflect our core values. In order to work with and persuade and influence a variety of personality types including senior stakeholders you will need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
