The Role – What does the Co-Member Assistant look like?
As a Co-Member Assistant,you will manage all payroll administration for permanent Co-Members working for Reed; including new starters and leavers. You will Issue contracts within specified Service Level Agreements,contact new starters,assist with the processing of company benefits and deal with other administration within business requirements.
You will also be expected to resolve a wide variety of queries both by telephone and email,manage the administration for all current employees,including the processing of salary increases and internal transfers and company benefits. You will also be expected to manage the processing of leavers in a timely and accurate manner.
