Based: Dragon Court,27-29 Macklin Street,London,WC2B 5LX
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday. Split shifts of either 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5.50pm with a 1 hour lunch break,which changes every week
The Role – What does the Customer Experience Executive role look like?
Reed.co.uk are recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to provide a world class customer service experience for our customers and job seekers. You will support the business including our sales teams as well as external customers by either email,telephone or Livechat on the Reed.co.uk website. Your main aim will be to resolve issues and queries.
You will be measured against KPIs based on issue resolution and providing an excellent service and experience.

The Person - Who makes a good Customer Experience Executive?
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a customer service environment including call centre,retail,hospitality,or any other industry working with the public or customers. We would be really keen to speak with anyone who has experience of Livechat but this isn’t essential.
You will need to be passionate about providing a great customer experience and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are also looking for someone who can demonstrate their organisation and time management skills,good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
