Customer Integrations Manager

The Customer Integrations Manager’s primary role is to engage with HR technology companies (e.g. ATS providers and Multiposters) and employers to build new, and drive existing, relationships and key technology partnerships. Responsible for securing premium technology integrations with HR systems and employer career sites that create a seamless job posting process for recruiters and an exceptional application experience for jobseekers, making it easier and more effective for employers to work with Reed Online.

This role will be pivotal in helping to shape the business strategy for Reed Online’s integrations with HR technology companies and employer career sites whilst also working with internal teams to effectively project manage integrations and ensure a high level of service. The role will also involve managing relationships with other technology integration partners at a senior level while helping identify commercial opportunities and present these to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful integration of’s service with external technology providers in order to drive greater value to both these partners and the end customer
  • Key contributor to the business and product strategy for integrations
  • Has a deep understanding of HR and talent systems landscape and is established as a subject matter expert, providing key insight to inform and shape integration strategy
  • Owns and develops relationships with HR technology companies and employers, driving adoption of integrations using data to demonstrate the value
  • Engages internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to drive high quality integrations
  • Works with internal teams to coordinate integrations to time and a high service level, creating and improving process and collateral where needed
  • Communicates and reports on progress, metrics and SLAs, providing visibility and insight, ensuring insights are used to drive improvements forward
  • Involvement in the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for completed integrations
  • Identifying commercial opportunities with external HR technology partners
  • Creates and manages the strategic implementation of Jobsense (the Spider) to optimise both the process and results of this job acquisition technology

 Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in driving and managing B2B strategic relationships
  • Previous achievements of initiating and establishing strong, productive relationships with partnering businesses
  • Past experience in technical product sales/partnerships/or consultation preferred; an enthusiasm for driving technology solutions required
  • Commercially astute with ability to strategize
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical capability
  • An attitude of making things happen: making those around you more effective and efficient - and a willingness to be held accountable for results
  • Strong focus on delivery and time management

 Key Measures and Targets include 

  • Conversion rate of ATS applications
  • Volume/ % of external applications manage through Reed Online solution
  • Volume and quality of ATS integrations completed
  • SLAs met (time, cost etc)
