Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a customer driven individual who is motivated by their Customers achieving successful outcomes and getting the most out of their relationship with reed.co.uk. 

Tasked with owning the ultimate success of our customers,including on-boarding,project success,retention and renewal,the Customer Success Manager will ensure that customers receive maximum value from their investment with us and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis. 

Key Activities

  • Partnering and working very closely with Sales to manage customer success metrics and expectations,monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction,succinctly communicating ROI and ensuring customer growth and renewal within our product set

  • Liaising between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met; coordinating amongst implementation,sales,marketing,finance,and product teams

  • Analysing and monitoring customer data to draw insights and optimisations,communicating those findings to customers and adjust campaigns for better marketplace performance

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer business drivers and recruiting goals,and steering program activities to align with those initiatives

  • Product evangelism to aid customers in getting the most of our products with tasks like,but not limited to,onboarding,trial conversions,employer branding,products updates,industry experts

  • Proactively facilitating account growth via data-driven methodologies

  • Driving efficiency in our customer relationships and demonstrating a tenacious spirit that is adaptable,doesn’t accept the status quo and won’t allow the current landscape to be a blocker to driving long term customer value
