What is the office like?

The office in Southampton is in a prime location, right by Central Train Station and walking distance to the centre of town. The office is shared with other Reed specialisms forming a diverse wider team of recruitment specialists all under one roof.

The team you would be joining is the same as when we started our first contract, but has grown over time, meaning you would be joining a stable, specialist team who are always supportive and motivate each other to drive our services forward.

The successful candidate is an essential point of contact for schools organising cover, compliance and planning future recruitment. You will be part of a unique team at the forefront of providing industry changing services to our partnered groups of schools.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in either education recruitment or have worked in an admin or HR role previously within the education sector. We are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and to be proactive whilst always maintaining exceptional service standards to schools.

The successful candidate will need be responsible for the maintenance of multiple spreadsheets and in-house computer systems whilst always being able to see the bigger picture and the logic behind the process to ensure everything matches up and is always accurate.
