37.5 hours Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an Enrolment and Accreditation Administrator to join Reed, starting in our friendly and welcoming Northampton team!

What will you do be doing?

The role of the Enrolment and Accreditation Administrator sits within the niche area of Reed Specialist recruitment within the Reed Talent Solutions division. You’d be working as part of the Supplier Engagement Team, which is small, dynamic, and diverse. This is a unique role, as it is to support the Contracts Executive with the end-to-end onboarding of support suppliers.

There are a wide range of duties within this role, ranging from contract preparation, handling legal queries and commercial negotiations, as well as supplier review meetings and the back office set up on the system. In addition, you will play an integral part in supporting and driving forward elements of the over-arching Support Supplier Strategy which forms part of the 2021 Reed Talent Solutions Battle Plan.

Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn, resilient and have great attention to detail. We’re looking for a people person, with strong communication skills, who works well in an under pressure, fast paced environment.

You will be focussed on building strong and trusting relationships inside and outside of the business, dealing with internal stakeholders, legal and project managers as well as the external suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high profile new client implementations and also for ongoing supplier management with existing contracts.
