Hours – Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Purpose

The key responsibility of this EA is to provide a high quality of support to the Director of Screening & Compliance Services.

Along with duties that are aligned with the activities of the Director of Screening & Compliance Services,the role of the Executive Assistant consists of a variety of tasks,such as:

  • Assisting in the planning and implementing of internal communications strategy within Reed Screening
  • Management of both internal and external key relationships
  • Helping drive marketing strategy for Reed Screening
  • Working with a variety of external organisations on behalf of REED within the sector,facilitating communications,marketing activity and correspondence
  • Managing and driving a variety of people initiatives alongside HR within the department to encourage development and provide support for Co-Members
  • Hosting and presenting at senior management meetings
  • Responding to queries from Clients,Candidates,Co-Members and external parties,and finding solutions to issues
  • Arranging events for the department and external organisations
  • Collate management and team information and produce accurate and timely management reports on behalf of the management team as directed
  • Managing and arranging Director’s travel,diary and expenses,as well as arranging meetings and minute-taking,and dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Ad-hoc project work,as and when required

  •  Successful completion of accurate management reports

Person Specification

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English

– Educated to A-Level is preferable

– Experience of providing administrative support to a diverse team

– PC literate including Word,Excel,Powerpoint

– Demonstrating a willingness to learn new IT systems would be advantageous
