The Service Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to some of Reed Talent Solutions growing contract wins. We are looking for a Lead Talent Sourcing Specialist to source high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients.

The Role – What does the Talent Sourcing Specialist role look like?
The Service Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to some of Reed Talent Solutions growing contract wins. As part of this RPO,you and your team will be fulfilling the client’s temporary recruitment requirements across the Service Delivery Contracts Team. The purpose of the Lead Talent Sourcing Specialist’s role is sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients. You will also accountable for organising registration events,overseeing the remote recruitment assistant,managing candidate attraction activity and ensuring all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer.
The Lead Talent Sourcing Specialist will cover all aspects of the recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates via internal job boards,accurately analysing job descriptions in order to identify key aspects of the job requirements and match against a large volume of CVs and also conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles.
The Person – What makes a good Talent Sourcing Specialist?
Experience of working in a customer or client facing role
Experience of working in administration or in a call centre environment
Strong PC Skills – MS Excel and MS Word
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
You will need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade A-C
Recruitment experience is desirable and not essential
