Learning Platform Coordinator
To support performance against key business objectives through maintenance,management and continual improvement of the REED learning and talent management system (Talent Hub). You will work closely with the Digital Learning Team ensuring a positive and effective user experience.

Reed are recruiting for a Learning Platform Coordinator to join their close team of four reporting into the Digital Learning Manager. The role will support performance against key business objectives through the maintenance,management and continual improvement of the REED learning and talent management system (Talent Hub). This will be done through platform configuration to ensure the system is performing as required,producing reports and analytics to ensure the platform is fit for purpose,innovation to further develop the platform and also relationship management both with internal users and the external platform provider.
This role will give you fantastic exposure to REED’s internal National and International networks. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the learning platform are performing as expected,and that the system is utilised to its potential.
The Ideal Person
You will be a self-starter with an analytical approach to all that you do. You will be a creative thinker with a solution focused passion to improve and challenge the status quo. You will demonstrate a technical capability for systems with an understanding of how to drive user engagement with the learning platform.
If you have knowledge and experience of Saba or other Learner Management Systems then great,but the right attitude and a proven ability in technology and learning new systems is more important.
