Marketing Executive

REED Online are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team based in Holborn, London. 

Overview

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our growing online marketplace. You will be a key player in the development of our B2B strategy and will have accountability for the delivery of a variety of projects. We’re looking for drive and passion to help us with our goal of helping the UK Love Mondays and delivering first-class performance.

 Key Responsibilities

  • The creation of ongoing front-of-mind B2B messages 

  • Ensuring business-wide alignment of all B2B customer communication

  • Assist or own the creation of new materials for new products, services or process 

  • Continual communication within reed.co.uk to understand upcoming work

  • Meeting with or listening to customers. To better understand market and customer needs

  • Strategy generation for B2B message and planning, ensuring alignment with wider business vision

  • Liaising with Heads of Sales and Customer Success to produce B2B materials resulting in revenue outcomes

  • Communicating customer sentiment to customers success regarding product and performance to help advise future work

  • Working with key internal stakeholders to understand needs and impact of work. 

  • Constantly look for ways to improve and build upon existing comms and departmental processes 

  • Co-ownership of the marketing schedule for B2B mailings, events, social, merchandise etc – and support other internal teams with material/content as and when required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Marketing experience required

  • Solid understanding of Email marketing strategy and fulfilment

  • Ability to write and speak fluent English to a high standard.

  • Attention to detail and ability to organise a high volume of activities.

  • The ability to effectively and constantly engage with a range of roles and departments

  • The ability to understand, retain, and use information gathered from various sources

  • An understanding of sales processes and requirements

  • Experience of Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable using Google Analytics & Excel 

Key Measures and Targets

  • On-time delivery of projects set 

  • Conversion of new business and retention of existing 

  • Maintenance of core messaging ensuring that consistency is maintained in all sources 

  • The generation of leads

  • The increase in sales of targeted products and services

  • Uptake rates of new products/services
