The Role – What does the MI Analyst role look like?
Reed Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Management Information Analyst to deliver essential reporting into one of our outsourced recruitment contracts in the healthcare industry. You will be working from our Head Office in Northampton alongside a team of MI Analysts and Payroll Specialists supporting other outsourced recruitment contracts within the Reed Talent Solutions portfolio,but also working very closely with the on-site account management team based down in London. You will be the main contact to provide MI reporting ranging from contract performance to compliance for the client. Analysis and forecast from pasts will also form a large aspect of this role,including drilling down on trends to cost centre levels.

The Person – What makes a good MI Analyst?
• Experience of producing Management Information reports
• Excellent knowledge of data capture systems
• Exceptional knowledge of Excel including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
