Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday between either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm on a rotating shift basis, plus a 1 hour lunch break
The Role – What does the MSP Recruitment Coordinator role look like?
You’ll be speaking to Reed’s clients on a daily basis and assessing their recruitment requirements. Once you’ve understood their needs, you will be coordinating the recruitment process with different agencies in order to help ensure their vacancies are filled in accordance with our agreed SLA’s.
Prior recruitment experience is absolutely not required to be considered for this role however a strong background in customer service and an excellent telephone manor is highly desirable as you will need to be able to work quickly and confidently deal with high volumes of queries every day.
Key to your role will be ensuring that in each and every instance our clients continue to receive the high levels of customer service and efficiency they have come to expect as standard.
