We are recruiting for an Onboarding Administrator to join our professional contracts team in Bristol. You will oversee the on-boarding of all client supplied “referred” contractors,to all strategic accounts.

The Role – What does the On-boarding Administrator role look like?
The Professional Contracts team provides an end to end Professional Contractor Recruitment service to REED Talent Solutions strategic accounts. As part of this team the On-boarding Administrator will work oversee the on-boarding of all client supplied “referred” contractors,to all strategic accounts.
In addition,the On-boarding Administrator will support the Candidate Consultant in gathering information on the contractor pool to support the wider remit of REED Talent Solutions to drive business growth with both new and existing clients.
You will be expected to carry out all pre-employment vetting as per client requirements,contract drafting and issuing and ensuring full compliance to all limited company/umbrella procedures. The On-boarding Administrator will cover all aspects of the administration within the team. This includes completing all on-boarding administration duties for new starters,maintaining the profile database and ensuring Disclosure Scotland checks are complete and accurate when required.

The Person – What makes a good On-boarding Administrator?
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills:
- Experience of pre-employment vetting and Home Office legislation
- Experience of working in a customer or client facing role
- Experience of working in administration in a process driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication and numeracy skills
- GCSE Maths and English qualifications (or equivalent) at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Able to create solutions
- Resilient to challenges
- As our clients is a financial services organisation you will need to be able to pass a credit check as part of our assessment process
