Salary: £22,500 – £23,500 dependent on experience 

Base location: St Mary’s Hospital, Praed Street, Paddington, London, W2 1NY

Contract: Full time and Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week

 

The Role – What does the Payroll Administrator role look like?

Reed are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their on-site recruitment account management team based at one of our staff bank clients within the Reed Talent Solutions client portfolio. This is an integral role that will be responsible for the production of payroll files, MI downloads and various other reports. The team deal with around 12,000 shifts per month, so this is a very busy team and this role is vital to the smooth running of the process! The role will cover 5 hospital sites, so you will have the ability to work with various stakeholders across the business.

The Person – What makes a good Payroll Administrator?

  • Strong experience within payroll, billing or credit control
  • Excellent knowledge of data capture systems
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Good grasp on new systems such as payroll and HR management systems
