Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

The Role – What does the PMO Team Lead role look like?
Reed Professional Services are looking for a PMO Team Lead who will apply their substantial skills and experience in PMO to guide PMO team members when required, apply standards of service and behaviours and deliver a range of high profile PMO products and services.
You will have ownership of end to end financial processes across all client contracts; including producing financial reports, reconciliation of actuals and analysis and resolution of variances as well operation of end to end processes for effective organisational governance and management control,liaising with clients to obtain the approval of work/statements of work etc.
A big part of this role will be to provide support to PMO team members, mentoring and developing their skills to meet their own business objectives.

The Person – What makes a good PMO Team Lead?
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management
Excellent numerical skills to interpret and manipulate financial reports
Strong people management skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team
Ideally from a consultancy background
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
You will need to have at least a GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English or above.
