Practice Manager

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for the right person to step into the role of Practice Manage / Business Manager in our Newcastle Technology Team. 

If you are not completely comfortable about Tech Recruitment or Tech jargon don’t worry, the role is very much a learn on the job. The great thing about recruiting in Tech is working with Tech people who are all passionate about what they do. Candidates and Clients alike are more than happy to fill in the blanks and discuss skill sets, technologies or anything else IT. .

A bit about the role

The role is permanently based in Newcastle. You will be expected to drive team and individual performance to achieve stretching budgets. You will undertake full responsibility for management duties and responsibilities such as Sales Meetings, Conducting Monthly Reviews, Daily Stand Ups, Business Development, Training and Coaching sessions and working closely with other Practices across the team. You will be expected to achieve challenging financial targets and also contribute and lead with your individual billings.
