Due to growth, we are looking to recruit for a variety of roles in our Budapest, Hungary office.
- Recruitment Consultant – Engineering Sector
- Recruitment Consultant – Technology/IT Sector
- Researcher/Resourcer – MSS Sector
- Recruitment Consultant – MSS Sector
Please note that all of the roles are working for REED in our Budapest Central office on a Permanent basis. Reed Budapest was established in 2008 and since the company has grown organically to the current size. The team works as specialist recruiters focusing on certain type of role eg. Focusing only on IT, Engineering, etc,. roles which helps to have deep understanding on the market and candidate pool and provides the opportunity to work efficient with the workload. The team is very driven, friendly and dynamic – people are supporting each other in this challenging environment. We very much believe in the Work Together philosophy.
Recruitment is largely business development focused, and will involve cold calling to new and existing clients to develop strong relationships and winning new contracts.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Business development calls
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle
- Meeting with clients
- Sourcing candidates by networking and headhunting
