Recruitment Coordinator

Reed Talent Solutions have a brand new opportunity for a real go-getter to join our recruitment delivery team within our Shared Service Centre in Northampton.

Salary: £18,000 plus 10% bonus
Base location: REED Northampton, Charles House, 61-69 Derngate, Northampton, NN1 1UE (however we will be relocating to our brand new offices on Brackmills in the summer of 2020)

Contract: Full time and Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday between either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm on a rotating shift basis, plus a 1 hour lunch break

The Role – What does the Recruitment Coordinator role look like?

Reed Talent Solutions deliver large outsourced recruitment contracts across the public and private sector. One of these contracts includes the Royal Mail, who we’ve been working with for several years and even set up a joint venture called Angard Staffing. We deliver casual workers on an ongoing temporary basis throughout the UK. Most of this contract is delivered from Reed’s Shared Service Centre head office in Northampton.

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team, who are responsible for supporting the Recruitment delivery function.

This is a structured and process-driven role, which includes the processing of applications, booking candidates into recruitment sessions, making their ID badge and creating their details onto an in-house system to ensure they get paid.  You will also manage some complaints and queries both by phone and email.

You will be working to targets and service level agreements with full support and training within the team.
