Job Role: Resource Executive
Company: Reed Professional Services
Basic Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience + up to £2,000 bonus per annum paid twice yearly
Working Hours: Monday to Friday,8.30am-5.30pm
Location: London,EC4N 5AG
Contract: Full time and Permanent
The Role – What does the Resource Executive role look like?
Reed Professional Services are looking for a Resource Executive to join this niche area of the business that falls under REED global. You will be joining this Talent Acquisition division to find the talent required to work on RPS’s work packages,projects and consultancy engagements. The business model is built on Practices and you will search for the appropriately skilled resources to provide the capability for those Practices,as well as keeping them engaged for future assignments.
You will work with the Head of Resourcing and Resource Managers to provide specific identification,pre-screening,interviewing and other validation services to forecasted,speculative and live roles to ensure new Associates are the best fit and the best available.

The Person – What makes a good Resource Executive?
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in either an agency recruitment or an in-house recruitment environment
Experience within the recruitment industry especially contract or interim recruitment
Experience sourcing and head-hunting on LinkedIn Recruiter
Ideally experience and knowledge of the technology recruitment marketplace
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Interest in new technologies
Excellent PC skills
You will need to have at least a GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English or above.
