Resource Executive

Reed Talent Solutions have just been awarded a first generation MSP & RPO contract with an investment bank in central London and we are now looking for a Resource Executive to support the Talent Business Partners in sourcing IT specialists,(contractors),Non IT contingent workers,senior permanent hires and Interns. You will also support internal mobility and client referred contractors to ensure a positive experience and effective onboarding.

The Role – What does the Resource Executive role look like?

 

Reed Talent Solutions have just been awarded a first generation MSP & RPO contract with an investment bank in central London and we are now looking for a Resource Executive to support the Talent Business Partners in sourcing IT specialists,(contractors),Non IT contingent workers,senior permanent hires and Interns. You will also support internal mobility and client referred contractors to ensure a positive experience and effective onboarding.

 

As a Resource Executive,you will do the following:

  • Manage  talent attraction utilising all attraction search tools available,supporting the Client’s brand and promoting the Client in the market
  • Manage the talent pool of candidates and oversee the on-boarding process
  • Effectively manage candidate’s expectations in line with processes and procedures
  • Ensure all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer
  • Working with your team to embed our service as an extension of  the Client

To be successful in this role you will ideally have some of the following experience:

 

  • Confident dealing with senior level hires
  • Experience resourcing/recruiting in a professional environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • IT recruitment knowledge desirable but not essential
