RPS are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to provide consultancy,recruitment and relationship management support to the Delivery/Account Managers,Managing Consultants & Managing/Associate Partners. You will ensure that resource requirements are fully understood and defined,that the resource desk is briefed,and that quality,validated and best fit associates/consultants are engaged successfully in to RPS.
Your role will involve relationship building and providing on-site recruitment support and advice to the client line managers,RPS Accounts Managers and on-site RPS associates. You will create role briefs and define the skills required for projects and feed this information back to the resource desk for their recruitment needs,produce project timelines for the client,screen and interview new RPS associates,build an understanding of the candidate marketplace,help the resource desk to talent pool and ensure new associates are fully inducted.

Who are we looking for?
This role will suit someone with experience of associate/candidate attraction and retention. Ideally you will have come from a technology recruitment background,or have a good grasp on the technology or consultancy sector. You will need to have knowledge of emerging candidate attraction methodologies. You will also need to be someone who understands various interview techniques such as competency and enquiry based methods.
