Resource Manager

Reed Talent Solutions have been awarded a first generation MSP & RPO contract with an investment bank in central London and we are looking for a Resource Manager to manage the team responsible for the direct sourcing for all permanent and contingent hires.

The Role – What does the Resource Manager role look like?

 

Reed Talent Solutions have been awarded a first generation MSP & RPO contract with an investment bank in central London and we are looking for a Resource Manager to manage the team responsible for the direct sourcing for all permanent and contingent hires.

 

As a Resource Manager,you will be responsible for the following:

  • Direct sourcing of all IT contingent and senior permanent hires
  • Managing all  internal mobility ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Managing a specialist supply chain ensuring compliance and quality of hire
  • Driving initiatives to reduce time to hire
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation Build excellent stakeholder relationships and to drive behavioural change with the hiring manager population
  • Develop a robust attraction strategy for identifying talent across a multitude of sectors including senior hires for IT,Finance,Legal, HR and Digital Marketing  
  • Work with the Resource Director to drive a diversity programme within the Bank

The Person – What makes a good Resource Manager?

 

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience as a recruitment manager from a financial services background or be able to demonstrate managing a recruitment team within a professional sector such as IT,Finance and Insurance.

You will be managing a team recruiting senior level hires and working alongside senior stakeholders so strong communication skills and the ability to influence are essential.
