A Resourcer means that you will be supporting your branch with developing their candidate pipeline. Your main objective will be to source and select candidates by building strong relationships with the ultimate aim of matching the right people to the right jobs.

We offer our Co-Members a structured career path including a Level 2 NVQ Recruitment Resourcing and Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing. Both routes will result in a full 12 month apprenticeship which gives you the opportunity to achieve an accredited qualification that equips you with quality skills, knowledge and competence to be successful, boosting your career prospects, both short and long-term.

The REED Specialist Recruitment Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to give you all the tools you need to become a commercially successful, reputable and qualified Recruitment Account Executive.  Through a structured programme, carefully designed by recruitment and apprenticeship experts, your training sessions, materials and activities we will enable you to learn and grow with one of the best known names in the recruitment industry.  Via your 12 month programme of study you will earn 3 qualifications, and be supported by our in-house Learning and Development and Apprenticeship teams, as well as experienced Managers and Consultants in your office.
