Afroze Merchant, Resourcer

I was attracted to REED by the idea of being able to venture out into different departments and explore different opportunities within the company. My skillset has notably developed and as a Resourcer, my people skills in particular have soared; every day I am engaging with candidates, understanding what they are looking for in their next role and then speaking to them about roles that match their requirements. The best thing about working at REED for me are the opportunities, progression and support – I have always been looked after, appreciated and valued as a member of the team. I look forward to waking up every day and coming to work!
