Resourcing Business Partner

Reed Talent Solutions have just won a brand new outsourced recruitment contracts and we are now looking for a Resourcing Business Partner responsible for managing the client relationships on site across the client’s multiple locations in London.

Travel:                   There will be regular travel to the client sites across London including Finsbury Park,Chalk Farm and Mile End

Salary:                   £25,000 – £30,000,plus £4,000 Inner London Weighting and up to £10,000 bonus earning potential

Contract:                Full Time and Permanent

 

What does the Resourcing Business Partner role look like?

 

Reed Talent Solutions have just won a brand new Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract with a local housing association across London,and we are now looking for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to manage this outsourced recruitment contract.

 

Your role as the Resourcing Business Partner will involve a lot of face time with the client to establish and build an effective client relationship and ensure that Reed can deliver against its commercial goals. You will ensure the client’s line managers are supported and to drive contract performance and client satisfaction,which leads to referenceability,retention and extension of the contract. You will work very closely with the client in this account management role,but also manage the relationship with internal and external candidate suppliers to ensure we deliver against agreed objectives.

 

If you enjoy relationship building with clients,have experience of driving strategic growth across outsourced recruitment contracts and understand the nature of on-site recruiting,then we would be keen to speak with you.

Who makes a good Resourcing Business Partner?

 

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruit Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment who understands how to manage a contract at a strategic level. We would also like to speak to anyone who has managed on-site recruitment contracts.

You will also need to be willing to travel to of the client sites across London including Bury Street (The Gherkin),Finsbury Park,Chalk Farm and Mile End and also occasionally to Reed’s head office in Northampton.
