Reed are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join their talented and experienced sourcing team who work solely on the recruitment of staff bank candidates for one of our established client contracts.

The Role – What does the Resourcing Consultant role look like?

Reed are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join their talented and experienced sourcing team who work solely on the recruitment of staff bank candidates for one of our established client contracts.

Your role will involve talent pooling candidates and ensuring they are compliant for work. You will be able to use a range of sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates and arrange screening conversations and telephone interviews. You will be working alongside a team of Consultants to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations and deliver a world class service.

The Person – What makes a good Resourcing Consultant?

  • Healthcare Recruitment experience, or AHP (Allied Health Professional) experience essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems

You will need to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
