Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 (dependent on the level of recruitment experience) plus £4,000 inner London weighting, plus £2,000 bonus earning potential

Base location: Charing Cross Hospital, Education Building, 2nd Floor, Fulham Palace Road, London W6 8RF (note that this role will be based on site) 

The Role – What does the Resourcing Consultant role look like?

Reed are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join their talented and experienced sourcing team who work solely on the recruitment of staff bank candidates for one of our established client contracts. This will be supporting with the recruitment, sourcing and onboarding of Doctors. 

Your role will involve talent pooling candidates and ensuring they are compliant for work. You will be able to use a range of sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates and arrange screening conversations and telephone interviews. You will be working alongside a team of Consultants to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations and deliver a world class service.
