Resourcing Director

Reed Talent Solutions are looking for a Resource Director to oversee the delivery of a brand new RPO contract win with an investment bank. This is a first generation RPO for the client so a very exciting time to take on this new challenge.

The Role – What does the Resource Director role look like?

 

Reed Talent Solutions have just won a brand new first generation RPO contract with an investment bank in central London and we are now looking for a Resource Director to oversee the end to end delivery of the client’s resource requirements.

 

As a Resource Director,you will manage the onsite talent team including a Resource Manager,3 Talent Partners and a Resource Executive and you will drive direct sourcing targets whilst ensuring that we are drawing on the services from other parts of Reed Talent Solutions,Reed’s network of branches and a specialist supply chain,to ensure fulfilment and that contractual obligations are delivered. The role involves high level interaction with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders.

 

As such you will need to be able to demonstrate expertise in the understanding of brand awareness and implementing robust attraction strategies to ensure that we are attracting the client’s talent of the future,identifying potential for development and innovation and you will also need to have an up to date understanding of the client’s business at all times.

The Person – What makes a good Resource Director?

 

For this role we are looking for someone with similar experience of managing a large RPO/MSP at Account Director level. You will also ideally have knowledge and experience of financial services/investment banking recruitment.
