Our RPO Team in Northampton are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join them as their newest Talent Partner! Joining an RPO team means no need to make sales calls as the contracts have already been won – instead you’ll be able to focus on the parts of recruitment that you love the most,building strong relationships with your clients and sourcing THE BEST talent to suit their needs! All whilst still earning bonus.
What’s the role?
You’ll be sourcing for candidates,writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates to fill the roles our clients send across. While you will be supporting a team of talent specialists in fulfilling our clients volume recruitment requirements,you will also be headhunting for more senior talent using various candidates databases and social media in order to fulfill our clients niche recruitment needs.
This is a fast paced role,you’ll need to source quickly so that we deliver an excellent serviced to our clients. with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
